The GRWGA presents these sponsorship packages to interested persons/companies.

Season Sponsor - $1,000

  • Recognition as Season Sponsor

  • Premier visibility (including logo) on website, social channels, emails, and at events

  • Primary recognition on all printed promotional material

  • Preeminent display of organization name, logo and hyperlink on the GRWGA website

  • Preeminent display of organization name, logo and on all event welcome letters

  • Corporate identity prominently displayed at event check-in table

  • Opportunity for company literature and promotional item with logo to be given out at one event

  • Opportunity for your organization’s representative to give a brief address at an event

  • Complimentary annual membership for one person who meets eligibility requirements of association

Event Sponsor - $400

  • Recognition on event promotions ie: Social channels, email, and onsite at the event

  • Opportunity for a display table at event to promote business and give away promotional items

  • Preeminent display of organization name, logo and hyperlink on the respective event page of GRWGA website

  • Preeminent display of organization name and logo on all sponsored event welcome letters

  • Corporate identity prominently displayed at event check-in table

  • Opportunity for your organization’s representative to give a brief address at the kickoff of the sponsored event

  • Complimentary annual membership for one person who meets eligibility requirements of association

  • Provide a promotional item with your logo to be given out at one event


Season On Course Contest Sponsor - $400

  • An On Course Contest Sponsor for the GRWGA season is an excellent way to showcase your brand to our members throughout the season.

  • Your company will be the official sponsor of the "Closest to the Pin" contest for one hole at each GRWGA event during the entire eason, ensuring repeated exposure to our members.

  • A sponsor ground sign featuring your company logo will be placed at the contest hole during each event. This guarantees visibility to all participants on the course

  • Your company logo will be placed on the official event scorecards for each event, providing additional exposure throughout the season.

  • You provide one prize, valued at a minimum of $15.00, for the winner of the "Closest to the Pin" contest at each event. This adds value to the event and highlights your company as a generous sponsor.

  • Complimentary annual membership for one person who meets eligibility requirements of association

Meet the Members - $100 (limited availability)

  • Opportunity for your organization’s representative to give a brief address at the opening of one event

  • Provide a promotional item with your logo to be given out at one event

Promotional Item Sponsor – TBD

  • Coordinate with the GRWGA for a promotional item that features your company logo (ie: t-shirts, golf towel, golf balls, tees, tote bags)
